My order ended up arriving quite a bit later than the date they originally gave me, which was frustrating. The tracking barely updated too, so I kept checking it and seeing the same info for days. The product itself was fine once it finally got here, but the slow shipping definitely annoyed me

"Just didn’t feel like it would last"
Used it on two hikes and the fabric around the zipper already started fraying. my gut feeling when I first handled it was that the material felt kind of cheap, and unfortunately it seems like that was right.

"Wrong items and too much waiting"
I ordered two camp chairs and a tarp, but when the package finally showed up, there was only one chair and the tarp was the wrong size. Customer support was decent enough, but I had to wait around for responses and then wait again for it to get sorted out, which was really frustrating. Definitely not what I expected when I placed the order.

I ordered a backpack from outdoorproducts.com, it looked way bigger online. The storage space is a lot smaller than I was expecting. I tried packing my jacket, water bottle, and lunch, and they barely fit in there. Plus the front pocket is tiny too. For me, it just doesn’t really work for day hikes.

Had an issue and reached out about the warranty. They got it sorted out quickly, which was a relief. I wasn’t sure how much back and forth there was going to be, but... yeah, it ended up being fine.

I had this issue with my order and customer service got back to me quickly. It took one extra email to clear that up, but in the end they handled it fine. Overall, it was a good experience

I feel kind of stupid for trusting the reviews on this one. It felt way too tight from the start, and the straps rubbed my shoulders so badly that I couldn’t wait to take it off. Not comfortable at all, and definitely not something I’d buy again.

I tried using the site on my phone, and it just felt a bit clunky. It was hard to find what I was looking for, and the menus kept popping up or getting in the way. Made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

I felt like this was a bit too expensive for what you get. Maybe it works for some people, but for me it didn’t feel like a safe bet money-wise, and I’d probably think twice before buying it again.

I used this all summer, it’s still in great shape, no rips, no cracks, nothing weird like that. I was kind of expecting at least some wear by now, because summer use usually does a number on stuff, but nope. Impressed, not gonna lie.
